The MAX500 Series is engineered with precision, featuring an ergonomic lifting handle, fast locks, a removable power and receiving box, hidden test button, and power/signal indicators. The connectors are designed for quick, hassle-free installations, making this display highly versatile.
Lightweight and Thin Design
Weighing just 7.1kg for indoor models and 7.5kg for outdoor versions, the Linsn MAX500 Series LED cabinet is highly portable and stable. Measuring only 80mm in thickness with a cabinet size of 500×500mm, its lightweight design makes it easy to transport, install, and reduces labor costs.
Front and Rear Serviceability
The LED display is equipped with both magnetic front service and rear service options, offering strong, reliable handles for the LED modules. Each module includes 10 magnets for secure attachment and easy maintenance.
Quick Removability
The back cover of the MAX500 Series LED screen is designed for rapid removal, allowing easy access to the power supply, receiving box, hub board, and connectors. It accommodates various pixel pitches for indoor and outdoor installations, simplifying maintenance.
High-Quality Modules
The MAX500 Series LED modules come with screw-secured masks and convex surfaces to prevent deformation, while the strengthened edges offer anti-collision protection. The display provides ultra-wide viewing angles and ensures high uniformity, flatness, and perfect alignment.
Superior Quality
This series utilizes high-performance black LEDs, ensuring a high refresh rate, high contrast ratio, and no ghosting. The zero-gap alignment guarantees exceptional visual quality, with no AB module orientation issues, and a strengthened housing design to prevent deformation.
Advanced Control Box
The control box is designed for quick removal without any tools, featuring a hidden testing button to prevent accidental activation. The universal hub board supports various pixel pitches, and there are no cable connections for the power supply and hub board, ensuring a clean setup with excellent heat dissipation and robust connector pins.
Optimized PCB Board Design
This series features a 4-layer PCB board with calibration memory, ensuring optimal performance when paired with the LED display control system. Its heat dissipation capabilities are enhanced, with CE/EMC certification as an option for added reliability.
